This is another great way to optimize your blog for search engines. Adding description and meta tags really helpful to boost search engine visibility. By adding Description and meta tags simply you are telling search engine crawler that What type of content your blog have. Follow this simple step to add these tags.
. Go to Blogger>> Template>> Edit HTML
. Find <head> and paste the following code below the <head>
<meta content=’Add BLOG’s DESCRIPTION Here’ name=’description’/>
<meta content=’Add KEYWORDS HERE’ name=’keywords’/>
Now replace add Blog's description here with your own blog description, and add your Add KEYWORDS HERE with your blog's
keywords.
Your blog description should be unique, having 160 max character and must contain the important content keywords.
Add five keywords in the keyword tag.
Save the template.
